    • At Paddle.be, lead frontend delivery for design-heavy production projects, turning complex Figma and Adobe designs into responsive, maintainable interfaces.
    • Work deep in Drupal's theming layer, refactoring and extending themes with SCSS for maintainability and visual consistency.
    • Own decisions on performance, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility, optimising rendering and CSS animations.
    • For Thoughtlabs itself, built the company website, AI knowledge assistants and chatbots, an HR platform, and a POC that shortlists candidates with AI.
